1. Who We Are

Flonnex ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered business content suite designed for small and medium-sized businesses. We operate the platform available at flonnex.com and related subdomains.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your country. This information is used to create and manage your account.

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use Flonnex, including which tools you use, how many content generations you perform, and your session timestamps. This data helps us improve the product and manage your credit allowance.

2.3 Content Inputs

When you use our generators, you provide inputs such as product names, business descriptions, or promotional details. We process these inputs to generate content via our AI pipeline. We do not store generated outputs beyond your active session unless you explicitly save them.

2.4 Technical Data

We collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URLs. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain your Flonnex account and subscription
  • To process your content generation requests via the AI pipeline
  • To track your monthly credit usage and enforce plan limits
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing)
  • To improve and debug the platform using aggregated analytics
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following categories of third-party services, each bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting (data processed in the United States)
  • OpenRouter — AI inference routing layer for content generation (inputs are processed transiently; not stored for model training under our API terms)
  • Razorpay Software Private Limited — payment processing for Indian customers (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Razorpay may collect and process your name, email, phone number, payment instrument details, and transaction data as an independent data controller under RBI guidelines.   • PayPal — payment processing for international customers outside India. When you pay via PayPal, your payment and billing data is processed by PayPal under their own privacy policy. See PayPal's Privacy Policy.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Flonnex, our users, or the public.

4A. Payment Data

When you make a payment, you are directed to a secure payment gateway (Razorpay for India or PayPal for international customers). Flonnex does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials. We only retain transaction identifiers, plan type, amount, and timestamps necessary for subscription management and dispute resolution.

All payment transactions are encrypted using TLS and processed under PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure maintained by our payment partners.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
  • Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to certain processing activities

8. Cookies

Flonnex uses session cookies and local storage tokens to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

9. Children's Privacy

Flonnex is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Flonnex after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Grievance Officer (India)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have designated a Grievance Officer for users in India:

If you believe that your data has been misused or if you have a grievance with respect to our services, you may contact the Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 30 days as required by law.

13. Data Localisation

Flonnex primarily stores user data on servers operated by Supabase, which are located in the United States. Payment data collected by Razorpay is stored in India in compliance with RBI data localisation norms for payment data. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions.
