By accessing or using Flonnex ("the Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Flonnex is an AI-powered marketing content platform that helps businesses create captions, WhatsApp broadcasts, promotional copy, festival posts, ad copy, customer reply templates, and product descriptions.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans that offer additional credits and features.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at flonnex.support@gmail.com.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits is prohibited.

You agree not to use Flonnex to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or illegal
• Create spam, phishing content, or deceptive advertising
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's AI pipeline
• Use automated tools to abuse the credit system or API
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

• Free plan credits are reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Paid plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• Unused credits do not carry over between billing cycles unless explicitly stated.
• Credits are consumed upon a successful generation request, regardless of whether you use the output.
• We reserve the right to modify credit allocations with 14 days' notice for existing subscribers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Generated content will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• AI-generated content will not infringe third-party intellectual property

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in your business communications or marketing materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flonnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for prolonged inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For Indian customers, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For international customers, disputes relating to the purchase transaction remain subject to these Terms and Indian law.
